Prayer apps?

Just curious if any of you use a prayer app either to keep track of things are be consistent.
If you do, what would you recommend?

I've been using Logos in recent months, and I have found it to be pretty good. You can create different lists, set different frequencies for when you want to pray for each request (every day, certain days of the week), set a limited timeframe for certain requests, and make note of answers to prayers. It isn't the smoothest, but it works pretty well.

Don't you also think that smartphones, due to notifications and other apps, can be a significant source of distraction when using prayer apps? Sometimes, I really get lost because of this. I choose a journal where I can write things down. I'm not strong enough.

I know a younger woman who is using a prayer app. Yet, even she gets lost on Instagram or other things after praying.
How do you deal with a prayer app
