Is This Dispensationalism?

So this got way off-topic...

Maybe this will help: what are the "gifts and callings of God" for ethnic Israel that Paul refers to in Romans 11:29 and why are they "beloved for the sake of their forefathers"?.

As the Reformation Study Bible says, "God has not revoked his callings and gifts to His ancient covenant people"…so what callings and gifts are these?

Hoping I could get some responses from guys who take a "future mass conversion" view on this.
 
I think Jerusalem Blade is correct that modern Israel is obviously not any covenant people of God.

Obvious, too, is the fact that eleven tribes of Israel do not exist on earth today, so there is now no “all Israel” and no ethnic Israel on earth that Romans referred to.
