People have asked me to do a booktube channel for a while, so I gave in. I plan to add one or two videos a week. There isn't much to it right now, as I am not too good with youtube. Some of the videos were done by my daughter. Just ignore those.

Can't wait man! I didn't know you had a daughter, you probably told me at some point so sorry. How old is she?

Just watched St. Augustine and On the Teacher - great to see Augustine explained and covered. I hope you do well.

One question I have - what audience do you have in mind when speaking? General lay audience or an audience who may be more familiar with your subject matter?

Both. I plan to work through most of the main texts in Mortimer Adler's Great Books of the Western Tradition series. I also, for example, plan to have a few videos on George Orwell, as high school students have to read him.

It may be much less effort to review what you havent read. Seriously, I appreciate all of these.

Lately, for some reason, I find myself mentally voicing Jacob’s posts with a bit of a drawl.

You do not look or sound anything like I imagined. I always had you in my mind with a lower register and a Creole drawl like when Gambit threatened someone in the 90's X-men cartoon. It always fit your short, terse posts. hahaha

It's nice to see and hear you, brother!
