Paedo-Baptism Answers Do You Believe it Sin to Neglect Baptism of Infants?

While this thread was purposely put in the "paedobaptism answers" section, I encourage anyone (read: Baptists) to ask follow-up questions here if you have them. I appreciate @Pergamum's participation and didn't mean to restrict other credobaptists from posting questions of their own.

I would like to keep this answer as simple as the question seems to be. Therefore, I'm assuming this question is directed towards paedobaptists in view of themselves and other paedobaptists and not in view of credobaptists since the Baptists have their confession of faith. With that in mind, of course paedobaptists should hold to the conviction that neglecting infant baptism is a sin. This seems like an odd question. It's like me asking a Baptist if he thinks neglecting baptism for a new believer is a sin. I would hope he would say, "Yes!". Neglecting the sacraments is a sin.
