I found this and though it is from a Lutheran perspective it seems quite helping in refuting the notion of women pastors. He gives links to those who support the idea but he is up front that he doesn't endorse them at all just giving a balanced perspective and so one can read the other side.

I read this book for school and found it quite helpful. In his segment, Schreiner effectively destroys the arguments of egalitarians in regard to the historical practice of women being in positions of authority within the church. Quite right. By "positions of authority" I was referring mainly to the office of elder or pastor.
