What was Calvin's confession of Faith?

I'm reading The Necessity of Reforming the Church and Calvin refers to the fact that he has given the King and Princes a copy of his confession of faith. Which confession was it, and who authored it?

He (Calvin) was probably referring to the Geneva Confession of Faith.

Not a Calvin scholar but it's possible he could be referring to his Institutes. It's a pretty comprehensive document but was written for the purpose of laying down a systematic defense of the Reformed faith to Kings and Princes.
