Alkitab — It took an hour to download various modules and get it all sorted, but now I have a multi-paned suite that shows me the ESV, Strong's Numbers & Definitions, and CALVIN'S COMPLETE COMMENTARIES... for free! There is a wealth of other resources from this group, all for free. Add the Linux Libertine font (.ttf - free) which also works with Greek and Hebrew, and the whole thing is just beautiful.
Also of note, Zotero is a quote/resource archival tool for the desktop. I am well along into archiving thousands of quotes from my Reformed studies, and can recall them with tags: "Calvin > Justification > Institutes" will show what I have loaded, or "pacifism > Reformed Confessions" and see what Bullinger or the WCF say on the issue.
