Is anyone acquainted with Simon Omius? I gather that he was a divine of the Dutch Reformed Church. He co-wrote with Johannes Hoornbeek Disputatio theologica de humiliatione : pars prima (1651) and a 'learned treatise' on psalmody (Abraham Van de Velde): Dissertation.
