Is it just me, or did he not actually explain anything? As far as how the RPW fits with the 25th December festivities, the conclusion could be summed up in the words of Proverbs 4:15, "Avoid it".

It's advocating for treating Christmas like any other cultural holiday and assigning no religious significance to it. In so doing you are free to celebrate the holiday season and also free not to. I read the ebook last year and found it helpful.
