Can anyone point me to a definitive list of all of Richard Baxter's theological works, or better yet, all of his works that are not included in his 23-volume Practical Works?

The Practical Works of Richard Baxter constitutes 40% of what Baxter actually wrote, but 100% of what is available, and for good reason.
His theological works were not considered worthy of being reprinted. He was a master of casuistry, but was not considered a good model
for theological studies.
