Jesus as God - resources?

Brethren, do any of you have a simple chart or a basic outline of passages where Jesus is given the same titles as God, or otherwise identified with Him? I’m thinking along the lines of “Alpha and Omega”, “Only Savior” or like a comparison or 1 Peter 3:15 with Isaiah 8:13, etc.

Ancient Christian Doctrine volumes two and three provide Patristic commentary on Christ's deity.

Cyril of Alexandria's two-volume commentary on the Gospel of John is a fine defense of Christ's deity.

Gregory of Nazianzus's On God and Christ.

Hilary of Poitier's The Trinity

Epiphanius of Cyrpus's Ancoratus is an important Patristic witness to the deity of Christ.
