Can anyone tell me about the Dutch Calvinists in Staphorst, and concerning the state of things in the Dutch Bible Belt more generally? I'm looking for more details than clearly obvious things such as: shunning of television and internet, strict observance of the Sabbath, high moral standards, political conservatism, traditional clothing, high fertility rate, etc.
