Differences between reformed on the Ordinances?

Just curious if we Reformed Baptist view the Ordances of water Baptism/Communion any different than reformed Presbaterians do?

Know that we have our differences on baptism, do we view Communion in same way?

For example , Baptists tend to see Communion as not having spiritual presence of God in it, but some reformed do?.

Same way with views on water Baptism?
