Not to sidetrack from the OP, but how do you distinguish biblically or confessionally between baptism and the Lord's table in terms of profession? Are you instituting a time period between baptism and coming to the Lord's table for "fruit inspection?"

Well we are encouraged to do fruit inspection each time we come to the table, and in the case of children who have been baptised, when they want to partake of the Lord's Supper they go to the Session.

Let a person examine himself, then, and so eat of the bread and drink of the cup.(I Corinthians 11:28, ESV)

There are not the same injunctions given regarding baptism - or the warnings associated with it - as a are given regarding the Lord's Supper.
