accessing a pdf on the pb

Hi, I'm trying to get an article in the 'federal vision and new perspectives of Paul' section of the pb. The article name is "COMPLAINT OF TE JAMES JONES, ET.AL. vs. LOUISIANA PRESBYTERY SJC 2007-2008" but when I click it, it tells me the article doesn't exist anymore.
Could an admin please help.
